Sales of MIRKA abrasives are taken over by new entities

BP Techem Sp. z o.o., has been a distributor of MIRKA brand abrasive materials on the Polish market for over 30 years. For all these years, our cooperation with the Finnish partner has been very good, and has allowed Mirka materials to take their rightful place in the market. However, due to a change in the strategy of our Finnish partner, the owners of BP Techem decided to sell the organised part of the company, which is the abrasives division, to two entities: MIRKA POLAND Sp. z o.o. and TORMPOL Sp. z o.o..

As a result, as of 1 November 2023, suppliers of MIRKA brand abrasive materials on the Polish market will become Mirka Poland Sp. z o.o. and TORMPOL Sp. z o.o., which will take over goods and products from BP Techem and will assume the rights and obligations of BP Techem.
